Hey you Norris shooters....I have an idea.....after Christmas, someone take their Christmas tree and everybody bring a couple of boxes of old balls (the decorating kind), we take the tree out about 50-75 yards, decorate it, and fire away!!!! Do you think we will get put in jail??? Just a idea ;)

No way. I saw you shoot. You'd bust all the ornaments before I even got a shot off.

Just kidding. That sounds pretty fun. Though I am still muddle headed about what goes and what doesn't at Norris as far as targets are concerned.

Well, I'd say as long as we cleaned up the mess afterwards. Think that's been the PD's biggest gripe...having to clean up trash and litter that's been shot at. (milk jugs, coke bottles etc.)I've been up there with people shooting those red/white fishing floats both in the pistol pit and on the rifle range. Kind of a neat idea if ya ask me. Everyone I've seen explodes into a million pieces....leaves a small red/white mess by the stands but nothing that would need picking up. I'd say the christmas ornaments "should" do the same thing.......be kinda fun. :)

I'm definatly game though it'll be colder than a reindeers sack resting on an iceberg.....;)
