That was my complaint at Carters; Ventilation. I refuse to breath in all those fumes. I'll go to an outdoor range when weather permits.

1) Hamilton Place Blvd. at late great Circuit City location. Tore down C.C. and building new store.

2) Out Hwy 153, I think.

Yea I went by there (ham place) and saw the building gone, and the store next door and thought that someone was pulling our leg since that business didn't look like it was moving and there was nothing next door to it so it had to be in the old circuit city building.

Thats what I get for not going to Chattanooga often.:)

They don't even have manager's hired yet I've been following their jobs online pretty close I really have an interest in working there. I believe I was told early mid summer from a lady at their corporate office. As for the Shooting Depot whats the deal with that place anybody know? I don't think its gonna ever open doesn't look like anyone has even stepped foot in the place.

stopped by two days ago. talked with a young man in the parking lot. he said they hope to open sometime during the first part of april. hope they keep their prices down. the high prices is one of the biggest problems of the local gun stores. yes, i know they got to make money, but when you are way over what you can get it off the net (plus the other charges) you will lose business.

I hope this works out. I will certainly visit the store. Are you one of the SASS "Cowgirls"? The name sounds familiar.

I got to go by and visit with them this morning. The range isn't finished yet but it looks like it will be pretty nice. It will also be open 24 hours for premium ($200/yr) members. Free FFL transfers are included in that membership, so that's a plus. They had a good range of black handguns, even some pink ones. Revolvers were pretty much limited to J frames. They had some long guns, a few cowboy rifles but no SA revolvers. They had quite a bit of black powder hunting accessories, but I don't remember seeing any BP guns. Smokeless was limited to Bullseye powder, so that would need to improve for me to buy reloading supplies there. They had a limited supply of bullets. Maybe 10k or 15k of primers sm & lg pistol. Ammo seemed to be well stocked. I bought some target backboards that I haven't seen anyplace else. It seems to be a family operation, they were all very friendly. Inventory is at about 60% from what they told me so I'll need to go back to see what new they'll carry. Overall it was a very positive experience so I'll go back.
