I'm in, and as for ND doesn't matter who they get like some of the guys said on ESPN a couple weeks back what kid really cares about ND football history these days,sure their might be a select few like Mike Golic's sons who went there for tradition and probably because their Dad played there. Young Athletes aren't interested in South Bend Indiana. I guess the point I'm getting at doesn't matter who they get ND football will never be back on top. I'm sure I'll ruffle a few feathers with this comment but I speak my mind.

"will never be" is an awful long time. These things go in cycles, USC was terrible for a long time, Miami has been in a downward spiral, FSU not so good anymore. Penn State was absolutely terrible for how many years?

I am a firm believer of what goes around comes around.

FWIW all the losses this year were by 7 points or less. A defensive stop at the end of all those games would have resulted in different outcomes. just saying....

And of course you were right, not that I had any doubt of your words, but from the article I read it seems some of the players were still holding out hope that he would stay.

But I think placing an assistant that has been with him for so many years as head coach will be enough to keep the team playing as well as they have been.

Maybe the Cats will even keep him on, but again he has been with the man for quite awhile and I would expect that if he is asked to follow the $$$ along with the long relationship would win out.....Time will Tell.

I have always hated the extreme long time between the end of the season and the Bowls.....another example of $$$$ running the show, but at least that has the same effect on all the teams. And I do still think the Sugar will be one of the better games this year.

Just might be a time to take some of my fellow Gators money again :crazy:....we shall see I still have a few days.:mad:

Exciting game though not played at the highest level of skill. I did not think Wyoming would pull it out but found myself rooting for them as the game in regulation wound down.

0-1 in the bowl game picks now though

I cant figure out why the field in the UCF game looks like it is covered in frost in the long range shots.....some kind of weird paint I guess. It sure isnt real frost.

Could not believe that overtime.....going on fourth and goal in OT? and then dude missed FG.....only to have team backed up and then the penality?......Whacky game for sure.

This one seems to be good one also....

Well I DID take the Cowboys in the first one but short of one heck of a comeback by UCF I will be at 1-1 at days end.
