Class on Saturday

I registered yesterday for my HCP class. I will be going this Saturday. Just wanted to share my excitement.

Great range and people to deal with.I shoot there about 3 times a month.They have a great range and a even better kitchen which is saying something.

Yep, great place and even better people/instructors there. Good food for sure. You can eat while watching folks shoot.

Well class was fun. Kristen was my instructor and she was great. I scored 100 on the written test and 96 on the shooting. I was pretty pissed off about the 4 strays that landed in the black. Now I gotta wait till Friday to get by the DMV.

Well I went to the DMV Friday. I got there at 10:11 and was walking out the door at 10:45. Went and got fingerprinted. Now the waiting begins. Anyone got tips on how to speed things up?

Nope. Pretty much gotta wait it out. You could call after a few weeks, but with the holidays and beginning of the year coming up they will probably tell you to pound sand, call you a gun freak, and hang up while muttering something about the devil...

Time for an update!

I received my HCP in the mail today. Its so nice to see it. Yipee! Can't wait for the mandatory walmart walk tomorrow. I have to find some more ammo anyways!
