Isn't the CZ 83 same physical dimensions?

If so, Crossbreed lists it as supported for the SuperTuck, QwikClip, and SnapSlide models.

OS,

I believe the 83 has a squared trigger guard. Could make a difference with some holsters?

Don't know much about them, just did quick search, couple refs said same.

I get involved holster stuff for some reason - I seem to like them almost as much as the guns they hold!

Here's couple of pix:

As you say, trigger guards different.

Kinda looks like to me that something made for the 83, like Crossbreed, would fit 82, but no guarantees. 'Course, Crossbreed can be tweaked with hair dryer.

OP, if interested you can email Mark at Crossbreed, he may know.

I'd be interested to see what Mark says. Back when I first got my 82, they said it was a no-go for the supertuck. Perhaps that's changed!

Ok so Mark says that my 82 should fit the Supertuck for the 83. I think I will try them. Thanks guys. I will post pics once I get it and let you know how it works.

Great!

Supertuck is a great holster, and nice to know I can hit them up for one for MY 82 as well!

Outstanding...will check out pics when you get it.

Oh, man...just discovered that my man David Bulllard makes various models for the 83.

If you ever want all leather, there's perhaps another option.

Bullard is hard to beat. Supertucks' work great though.

CDNNinvestments.com has open carry holsters for that gun...$9 for imported police ones on 2009-5 (just released version) of their catalog.

That very same holster came with my CZ-82. There's enough leather in it to make 2 or 3 more holsters. :hiding:
