Civil War Show

Anyone go by the Civil War Show that is at the Nashville Fairgrounds today? I don't care about the gun show but was wondering if it is worth it to go to this.

We went last year and had a blast there. My daughter's b/f is a history buff and we thought it would be cool to get him something from the Civil War, like buttons or a belt buckle or something. Turns out we got him a cannonball, but from the Revolutionary war, a 3 pounder.

I also found my 1942 Savage built Enfield No4 Mk1 on a table there.

Lots of re-enactors in uniform walking around. We talked about going again yesterday morning, I think my wife wants her own cannonball now.

heard this show is moving to franklin next year. I went to the gun show, which is crazy because I'm a crazy Civil War buff, but I was trying to find my first handgun. I peeked in the doors and regretted only having 1 hour before I had to leave for work.

I will definitely be at the Civil War show in franklin next year

This I will most likely be there for sure . I go to Franklin for the re-enactments about every other year. and now that I am moving to Tn . it will be every year.
