Blue Book Pricing Needed

I'm trying to get some positive gun legislation passed. I'm also trying to get some garbage laws off of the books. So if anyone has a MacRae's Blue Book of Politicians handy, I could use some pricing help. It doesn't have to be the 2010 version, since most of these guys have been in office since I was a kid, but I would like to have pricing from the late 90's. I figure I can adjust the pricing down to "flat ass broke" due to the "economic climate." Thanks in advance!

You can use a reverse step curve for calculating the value of any of them - upon going to Washington they are worth about 80% of their original value for about a month after which their value drops immediately to zero.

If they would adopt the Nascar uniform I could just follow the money trail to figure pricing for different members. As it stands, there has to be some uniform way of pricing different models of politicians, whether its a new model or an incumbent. I'm trying to figure out how much I'm going to need to get started with one. I'll branch out from there.
