Hey to all. I've been lurking for a while and though I would introduce myself. My name's Thomas and I live in Collierville, right outside Memphis.

I just got my HCP in the mail today (34 days from fingerprinting) and ordered a brand new Springfield XD40 service model last week. Hopefully it should be in this week as well.

Thanks for the welcomes! I am actually shooting this weekend. I have a class at RangeUSA on Saturday. I'm taking their street level 1 handgun class.

NICE...that looks like a really cool class, I got to watch it in action...let me know how it goes..I plan on taking all of them when I hit the lottery!!

I went and picked up my XD40 4" this evening. The more I see this gun, the more I love it. Got it on my side as we speak!!
