Mac 10, Masterpiece Arms?

Did anyone see the cover of Combat Handguns with the twin MAC's? I'm sure I'm gonna take a bit of grief for this but I thought they looked awesome. I'm just curious to hear anyones REAL experience with them not what they heard through a buddy.

I'm price shopping them now but once I found out they made a shoulder holster for them the choice was pretty much made.

Again I'm willing to take the grief for this but I like what I like.

They are a cheap version of the Uzi in a lot of ways. They churned them out (full auto's that is) before the full auto ban in '86 and then continued to make semi versions. There are a lot of after market do dads for them, mostly for the auto versions, so you need to be careful not to get into trouble with the ATF. I've never heard anything bad about them other than they are pretty spartan. Magicarpetrides has a auto one. Might check with him.

I used to shoot a full auto MAC10 in the early 80's. Very simple firearm with very little to break or wear out. Very reliable with cheap round nose ammo. Will eat a box of ammo before you can blink! Heck of a lot of fun, just couldnt afford to keep feeding it!

I have one in a 9mm,as others have said theres not just a lot to them.The only problem I have is the mag is very tight to fill.What I mean is after 10 rounds the 30 round mag feels like it is to capacity.

Fun to shoot and cheap to buy HAVE FUN!!

i have the MPA 30. the 9mm. it's a blast to shoot(no pun intended) really though great gun. i love mine. and they make lots of cool accesories for them too. I didnt know about the shoulder holster until i saw your post and looked. wish i could find one that was less than $90 since it would pretty fun but very doubtful i would ever carry this anywhere besides the range.
