What's your favorite online game

Was looking for a good online game today and realized there are thousands of them and most seem pretty lame. What are your favorite online games?

Was thinking about both quick playing games to waste a few minutes, or games that you keep playing day after day, building points or whatever.

i would like to find one too. i tried evony but i found it pretty boring.

I have found that it is better to just get a gaming console and go that route.

Are you talking like a online video game where you need a computer with a video card, or a little mini game you can play on your browser?

Let me know which, cause I've played both of these types of games extensively.

Just off the top of my head. Check on Tiger Woods Golf Online. It's free. If you want more of a sort of game where you have a character and you build him up by playing mini games, try out Free Realms. That's also free.

A little less graphic intensive is this website called Neopets. It's for kids, but it's pretty damn fun. That's free as well.

There are tons of subscription games that you pay $15 a month. I've played just about every single one out known to man. I can give you an honest opinion on those if you like.

Battlefield 1942 with the desert combat mod which gives it modern day weapons. There are newer games out in the battlefield series but this one is by far the best in my opinion.

I play Left 4 Dead for a quick thrill.

My subscription game would be EVE Online. I like it better than most MMO's because race doesn't matter and there are no preset classes. You do whatever you want with whoever you want. You also "level up" even when you are not online. It is scifi themed though.

I was debating going back to Eve Online. I miss flipping cans, and getting chased around low sec space.
