Random Pics... mostly wildlife

Not really hunting but more random.

From today, I was taking pictures of an office building, field across the street, behind the Walmart in Collierville. They were about 100 yards, pics taken with a Cannon PowerShot SD 790 IS Elph. 10Mega Pixels, fully zoomed. 3X. There were 4 in all, 2 bucks, 2 does. They, the does anyway, would take off running for about 40-50 feet, then stop, they were just playing, not a care in the world.

Feel free to add. Hope you enjoy. I really want to get a real camera at some point so that I can really photograph wildlife, from a distance. For a small point and shoot camera, it does an ok job, but I know with good equipment, the results could be great.

That is a nice sized buck in that first picture.

I know, this is in a field, right behind walmart too! At least an 8 point, my small Jeep binoculars were not doing great and he was kinda hard to see the detail of his rack up against that thicket of trees and brush. I couldn't tell what the other buck was, he stayed in the thicket for the most part.
