Mossberg 500 Mariner

I just got this (new to me) HD shotgun yesterday. I have made friends with a Business owner who operates a company here locally who sells to Law Enforcement Only. He does not sell to the general public. We have become friends and I have bought a few things from him.

This particular gun was seized in a drug raid on a house, and I got a heck of a deal on it. $160 is all I paid. Yes the Seriel number has been cleared and it was leagally purchased through a business. I did a background check and everything.

The gun is not that shiny. I took the picture is a dimly lit office, and I adjusted the Brightness and Contrast so that the picture would be good enough to post.

i would be very careful about selling a shotgun with no serial number....would definitely have to give the next owner the selling paperwork.

It has a serial number. Everything is legit as legit can be.

When I said the serial number has been cleared, what I meant was it has been through the system. It did not come back stolen, so it become property of the County. They sold it to my friend who takes care of there gun transfers, and he sold it through his business.

You got a great deal on a gun that ends the stopping power debate. A shotgun when needed is priceless. Shoot it till your wrist/shoulder hurt and then do it again. And again...
