"The applicant has not been convicted of the offense of driving under the influence of an intoxicant in this or any other State two (2) or more times within ten (10) years from the date of application and that none of such convictions has occurred within five (5) years from the date of application or renewal. "

this all happened 10 yrs ago in 1997...I only have the one DUI 10 yrs ago...thats why I am confused on why they even want it...oh well, I give them what they want, and HOPEFULLY I get what I want.

Thanks for sharing - This is important and scary! This was a good thread for folks to read because something 10 years ago should not impact the CCW permit in a Must Issue state. In a May Issue state like Hawaii it could impact the permit process.
