Update.

Picked up the one in my OP for 199.

It was refurb'd by MS(not game stop),and comes with a 3 month MS warranty,with optional 2 year for 100 clams.

It also has the new board in it.

Good job getting the MS refurb, as mentioned earlier there are Xbox's out there being sold as refurbs that have been banned from Xbox live. Because of this I bought the Pro brand new when they discontinued it.

They had already discontinued the 60gb when I was in the market for one, but I found one on ebay. Paid a little more for it than I liked, but my library of PS2 games demanded it. I could have just used my PS2, but it's drive was starting to mess up, and the less crap I have under my TV the better.

I can understand that. I have heard that Sony is releasing PS2 games on the Playstation Network. Sucks that one would have to purchase the games all over again but I guess beggars can't be choosers. I long to play Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid again lol.
