Fair price for brass?

Hey I am just curious. What is a fair price for 1000 rds of 45ACP once fired brass?

4.9 CENTS EA. is fair if tumbled clean

I am seeing them at almost double that on GB.

$45 for 500 in some places

or

$50 - 60 for 1000

Check over on Thehighroad.org under the reloading forum. I find a lot of fair deals there when buying brass.

Right now there is a bid on gunbroker with 10 bids for 500 pieces at $38 + $13 shipping. Ultimately you have to decide what the brass is worth for your to either purchase or sell.

Holy cow those prices are pretty darn lousy for used rifle brass! They have once fired .223 brass for $120 per 1000!?!?!?

The cheapest place you can find (minus $5 - 10) has always worked for me in the past. Sells quick and you don't have seller's remorse

i was thinking around 50$ per thousand and saw that they had it for 49$ per 1000 so it seems pretty fair
