the finish kinda grows on ya. got her a envelope type liner so she can carry it in her galco purse, and got an appointment with Jeffsig to get some of the aluminum grips for it so I can put the rosewood ones back in the box.

Mark@ssea,

You ever notice how you end up spending more money on the wifes firearms than your own?

She has:

Smith Model 60LS, papers, box, jewelry case and lock

Smith model 65LS box jewelry cars and lock

CZ 2075 RAMI 9mm alloy frame, not tupperware like the new ones

Smith 22A with both barrels 5.5 and7 bull Target grips

sig p238 "rainbow"

Winchester 1300 youth 20g

and has adopted "MY"

Sig 228Beretta 92FS police with CTC grips

Thank God she isnt into shotguns yet!!!!!

Are you REALLY sure Wayne is a friend? :D

I miss that place! It's a great range. Sadly I no longer work in Sevierville. I'm out near the PRoF (People's Republic of Farragut) now. It's a little closer to home, but the drive time is the same and by the time I get to work, I REALLY need a gun range! The drive over to Sevierville was much calmer and nicer!

I looked at (looked past, actually) one of those when I bought my Sig.. My 11 year old, who is usually impressed with that kind of thing said "That looks really silly".

Bet they're selling though..!

I saw one at the Outpost in Murfreesboro today. It was $719. I can buy a whole lot of cool for that kind of change. I will just stick to my P238 in the Nitron finish. Rainbows and guns just seems wrong.
