Please do not use PM to TGO Staffers for support issues.

Folks,

In my signature you will notice a line asking that you please do not use private messaging (PM) to contact me for support issues. I ask that you instead post your questions here in the Support forum.

The reason for this is because I, along with many on the TGO Staff, have private message boxes that border on overflowing all the time. Often support questions get lost in the mix and don't get answered as a result. It's not that we don't want to help... it's just the fact that there is only so much that we can stay on top of. Also, when you post a support question in this forum, everyone else gets to benefit from the answers given. Plus, you may find that one of your fellow TGO members will answer it before we even get a chance to.

Of course there are times when using a PM is simply the more appropriate thing to do. When that is the case, by all means send me or a moderator a PM. Common sense will dictate when you should and when you shouldn't.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
