Let see so far this year their "Vice Unit" was caught spying on ex wives, a cop seized a couple grand from illegals and never turned it in and let the illegals go, and a handful of other events that made the news.

Now my wife and I go to dinner at Zaxby's yesterday the parking lot is packed I drive a Full size pickup and am getting tired of driving in circles trying to find a spot. Low and Behold what do I see.....

I think they have a special exemption due to their pants falling down

Parking like that in a restaurant isn’t cool.

But as far as the handicapped thing goes…. If I was dispatched to a store I parked in front. I didn’t care if it was handicapped or I had to park on the sidewalk. No way was I taking a handcuffed prisoner on a walk through the parking lot.

Maybe the dog was gimped up!!! I'm willing to give him (the dog) the benefit of the doubt. Dog owners/handlers can be pretty sorry though.
