Also, I am one hour away from sealing the deal to buy out a smaller gun store and their inventory.

If this happens today, that entire inventory will be on hand at crack-head prices!

Now you are talking...I love crack-head prices. :D

WORST SHOW EVER. seriously maybe like 1.5 FIREARM dealers... I will cut some slack since it's the first one. I hit rock bottom the second I walked through the door. I want my 8 dollars back! lol.

I don't mind criticism but I do mind liars. 1.5 firearms vendors? You either didn't actually attend or you walked in the door and right back out it. B)

Oh and btw THERE WAS A ROCK WALL...and AND duck calls. I for one think that's way more "jerky" than some WWII patches. I'm sorry but I didn't drive an hour and a half to see like maybe 4 tables of guns total. Ok I'm finished now. B)

The rock wall has been entertaining the children all morning. It's provided free of charge by the United States Army and the kids are eating it up. If you've got a problem with duck calls being at a firearms exposition, you probably are really pissed every time you walk out of every other gun show in the area.

Frankly, you sound like you're probably on another organizer's payroll. :D

I'm sorry, it was not my intention to offend anyone or to be mean spirited. But it wasn't an enormous show (like I heard from word of mouth) for the first one at least and I'm sure it will be bigger in the future. I guess I was just a little disappointed from all the hype of waiting and saving up for it to happen for literally weeks. I guess that's partially my fault for looking forward to it so much. I was mainly looking for firearms. I do see a lot of potential for future shows imo. Especially when Smyrna isn't having one anymore. Sorry again if I offended anyone.

56FordGuy and I went this morning. Met up with Jcochran88 and his brother. Saw Verne, Tantrum and buddy Caleb. Got to greet Justaguy and his nice lady. Saw Jeremiah and of course shook hands with the very busy David and Joe! The expo was just fine. There was variety and great deals to be had. I came with the expectation that I would be eyeballing more than buying as I had to sell rifles to have Christmas this year but I did end up getting a great knife sharpener from the Hero Gear table, a cool 4 dollar LED light and a sharp gun lowering line from the archery guy in the far corner. Looked a safes that were bigger than my house. Rifles that caused salivary overload and decently priced ammo for a change. CG has my next lower and Clandestine finally perked an interest for me to look into suppressors. If you couldn't find 8 bucks worth of entertainment then the optometrist was where you needed to be.

It was ALL good! I was a bit shocked that one vendor was there but that's cool. Everybody needs a little CONTACT every now and then.

Nice job Joe and David! B)

We just got back, I visited both tables that were set up, walked around for about 10 min and went to the flea market next door. LOL

Ok so there were more than 2 tables but not many.

It was ok for the first one, but not anywhere close to the RK,Bob Pope,Bill Goodman size. (about 1/4 the size). Ran into one of my co workers there and in and out.

Total time

1.25hr drive time there.

45 min time to see it all (twice)

1.25dr drive time back

Not worth the drive, time, money to me right now, but I am known for being cheap.

Forgot about the rock wall, My son did like that and got a ARMY water bottle for it (he walked away with more than me, now tell me thats fair LOL)

I noticed that everything I would want or need was there, saw and bought some great deals. All of the vendors were interested in my business.

It was nice to meet everyone I saw there! I wish there would have been some more vendors but I'm sure once the word gets out there will be more interested for the next one.

I thought the show was well worth the 1h45m drive. I met many friends there and almost as many great new people, made useful connections. Prices and selection of things I would want were much better than at the larger Nashville shows.
