Does anyone have any experience with NCA (National Certified Alarms)?

Anyone have any recommendations for QUALITY companies that service the Middle Tennessee area?

I have ADT through USAA. Very good service, but a little more expensive. Make sure you get the cell phone backup in case your land line gets cut.

Are they the 9.95 a month people? I talked to GE/alarmzone and was turned off by the pushy sales and 3 year contract. I'll check out NCA. I'm leaning toward a DIY wireless and the 8.95 mo. at this website. Home Security Store | Home Security Camera | Wireless Security Systems

I am currently with Advanced Alarm Technology. The charge me $9.95 per month billed annually. I already had my system so I don't know what they charge to install a system. Their phone # is 615-799-9114. This is the company that Dave Ramsey endorses.

NCA is who we have had for many years only issue is the lady we had to deal with in the office is a PIA, rude, un-professional & any other negative someone can come up with. I had to actually talk with the owner one time about her but it really didn't change her so she must be someone to do with him.

There monitoring company is GREAT they are very nice & professional but isn't actually owned by them.

I just got on board with BROADVIEW formerly BRINKS...the guys at CIS recommend Creative Alarms

Not sure if anyone else has had a chance to catch up on this, but you should also check out Premier Tech. They offer updated home security systems. They are a little more than NCA, but the quality of equipment they have is so much better. They also have high ratings on google and Angi's, so you may want to check them out.
