Damn, that's freaking gorgeous! Love the contrasting blacks of the slide and barrel. Slide almost looks purple.

You can call it "Purple Rain"

Is everything naturally glittery? Looks refinished. Is that what you mean by "new"?

No, it's brand new. only 150 rounds through it.

Does the metal flake add anything to the wear resistance? I've never seen like it. Does the cam give us more than the natural eye?

No metal flake. It is just blued so the camera must be adding the glitter things to it. But Dan does great work. This is the 3rd gun he has built for me.

Keep an eye on the STI rear sight. The pivot pin on my Trojan keeps working it's way out.

You know I thought it looked like an ipsc shooters carry gun. Then I saw it was you Tim I should have known. So did this replace the 6" limited gun?

6" limited? Not for me, I'm gonna stick with the 5 for limited and 4 for around town. I just have not jumped on the 6 inch band wagon (not that they are not awesome..they are).

You comin' out for the match in Nov.?????? Get ya a piece of wood for the wall???

Thought you were thinking of a 6" limited but its been a while so I get confused. If you shoot 6" think you need 165's to get the right feel. If I were getting new gun like you...I would get a short-wide frame sight tracker type.

If the weather holds decent at all Remo and I both were planning on shooting...but what are the odds of us both showing up LOL. I will be playing Limited 1st gun this time, it sounds like fun match. With my same old boring gun...one day I will have purtty guns like you!
