Copenhagen Climate Change Treaty

Guys, you should familiarize yourself with this treaty. If ding dong signs it, it might remove our sovereignty and give it to the U.N. It might affect our freedoms, as treaties take precedence over the Constitution, per the Constitution. The senate must ratify, so if ding dong signs it, it must be debated and approved. Here are a couple links. The convention is in December. Do not dismiss this!

Well, I believe that any law and treaty that is against the Constitution is null and void per the Supreme Courts's decision in I think,1791.

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong as we ALL will learn from it.

We need to rub this in the fed's noses anytime this crap comes up.

The problem is.. when you try to rub it in the noses of those that can help make a difference.. (ie the courts).. they will try to say that you don't have standing!

Agree but have you seen the destruction of our Constitution by this administration? They also need 2/3 majority vote to get it through.

I know this video may be old to some but it is very powerful and explains very well what's happening. Obama is just the puppet to deliver the end result of one world power.

I know it's long (114min) but if you havn't seen it yet it will open your eyes. The two questions everyone has are why and how. These will be answered in this video.

If I recall some of Obama's comment he said something like the Constitution restricts what he wants to do. It other words it restricts government. He will not like this stand in his way.

Well,then I go with the idea that I won't pray so much for our "leaders" in our government as I will for the guys and gals who took the oath to protect and defend our Constitution and our country.

THEY need our prayers more than ever so they will take the oath they swore more to heart and do the job we pay them to do to keep us safe from enemies foreign and domestic.

I truly am praying for Our lord to bless them with an inexaustible reservoir of intestinal fortitude.

My dream is to see these wonderful Patriots round up every one of those sob's that gave aid and comfort to our enemies and put them in our USA version of gitmo and raped our country of its wealth and resources for their greedy benefit.

I agree but like millions of others who feel the same way what do we do? All I hear is call you reps and congressman. It's a farce. I have asked our congressman for a YES or No answer to questions and all I get is some speel that doesn't even answer my question. They are not listening and if they don't go along with the Obama adgenda they fear the fallout of the Obama thug Chicago style politics. In otherwords it's his way or you will be destroyed.

We need to find others that are willing to go back the conservitive values.. I have a feeling that the Dems are going to feel a true bite in the ass come 2010.. Even Polosi's standing in Kali has fallen to a 36% approval rating.. They know that they are going to be looking for a new job (as if most will really need one) come next nov.. so they are trying to ram as much through as they can.. When the Dems lock out everyone else and conspire behind closed doors there is something terribly wrong!

Treaties must be ratified by the Senate, not a Executive signature. That's why we haven't even been held to the Kyoto accord that Clinton wanted us to agree to. Hopefully the current Senate would not ratify this due to the upcoming election cycle. I sure hope this one goes as well or better than 1994 did!

The 2010 change we look for can't come from center leaning republicans or we may not go far. Unless it's a true concervative movement from right of center it may be hard to get anything "undone"
