Can we legally carry there now? Anyone know? Thanks...

State parks have been legal to carry in since 06/12/09 when the Governor signed HB0716 into law. Public Chapter 428

There may still be signs that say firearms are prohibited but it does not apply to HCP holders.

Open carry allowed in state parks?

Yes. I OC'ed the entire time I was at Frozen Head State Park two months ago. The nice part about public property is they really can't ask you to leave if you are OC'ing.
