I'm looking for someone in the Nashville area who can do appraisals on a couple of Older Winchester Rifles and by older I mean one is a 1906 build, a 1930's build and a 1950's.

So who would be the go to person?

Thanks,

Saw it before you changed it so will say this:

I don't know if I want HIM to see them. He might like them and want to add them to HIS collection and make me an offer I would have a hard time refusing. He knows my weakness.

Thanks for the info guys.

Now for those of you who are curious here is the list.

First is a Model 94 with a 1962 build date. Nothing too special.

Second is a Model 94 with a 1929 build date and is a Nickle steal 30 WCF.

Last but not least is a Model 1892 with 1905 build date. Octagon Barrel with crescent stock in 38 WCF (38/40 caliber).

What is the condition of the 94s? If they're regular, run of the mill 30-30s, with no unusual factory features, they will be fairly easy to valuate. I'd guess at 95%, the circa 62 would fetch around $500. The pre war 94 would bring $600-$700 in the same shape. Condition is everything. The 94s are wonderful firearms, but very common and not that interesting. The 92, however, is a different story. You'd need to list barrel length, type of sights, type of stock, checkering, engraving, etc., in addition to the condition to get an idea of it's value. They can be quite expensive. If you could post photos, I'll bet there are several folks here who could give you a good idea.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the info.

I'm not looking to sell. Just trying to get all info on all my guns detailed and logged.

I will get some pics up this weekend. I got pics of the German 22 today but didn't dig the Levers out of the safe.
