Considering the above is my absoute dream gun, how much was the complete cost including all paperwork and tax fees before the purchase of the HK?? I guess I'm asking for a $ ammount to gice me a goal to shoot for.

Here is one of mine. It's in 98% condition. Couldn't get a Mini-14 Beta C mag to work in it. Any suggestions?

Not to change the subject too much but the Beta mags that Ive used need to be ran with a lot of lube. I just use the graphite that comes with them. I have a 5.56 and 9mm one and they run great.

I have had that gun for over 20 years and love it. I hope to pass it down at some point. I have been looking for the 6 inch model but haven't found one I've been willing to pay for yet. I really think they are a very under appreciated gun in the 22 world.
