Tennessee Carry Laws

I have a upcoming trip to Kingston in November and was reading up on CHL laws in Tennessee. There are so many differences to Indiana laws on the subject. The only places that I cannot carry in Indiana is - Schools (K-12), Post Office, Court Houses, Gambling Boats and some other government buildings where posted. If a business post a sign that states no firearms it holds no legal standing. They can ask you to leave and if you don't you can be charged with trespassing. Restaurants and Bars are not a issue. I can carry concealed or openly. My LTCH is a lifetime issue, I just notify the state police of my change of address. Don't stop fighting to improve your laws. If you have a chance, look at Indiana's laws on guns. It will give you something to "shoot" for

Welcome to the forum.

And thanks, but I personally am shooting for Alaska’s. :D

That would be the best outcome. Lets keep an eye on the SCOTUS. I would love to see the Mayor of Chicago loose this one. He is the one who runs Illinois.
