Fish Fry - Memphis

I was going to post this in the events and gatherings section, but it is noted as firearm related gatherings, and this is not, so here it is.

What: Charity Fish Fry

Where: Berclair #771 Masonic Lodge

1005 Berclair

Memphis, TN. 38122

When: Saturday October 3rd

11am - 2pm

Cost: $7 dine in (all you can eat)

$7 for a "to-go" plate.

Who is invited: Everyone. This is a family event.

Purpose: The Masonic institution is a Charitable organization. We are a Non-Profit organization. This fundraiser helps us help others. We donate yearly to a few different charities, notable are "The Shrine Hospitals for Children", " The March of Dimes", "The V.A. Hospital", "The Arthritis Foundation", and a few others. We also have a "Weather Relief Fund", where we help families in our community with the purchase of air-conditioners or heaters.

Please Note - This is not a thread to discuss your beliefs in what the Freemasons are or what we do. I have no problem answering any and all questions about those things in either a separate thread or a PM. This thread is just to let the Memphis area members of TGO know of a Fish Fry. As southerners, most of us love fried catfish, hush puppies, fries, slaw, etc., and $7 for all you can eat is a heck of a deal, and you can know that the money will be going to a good cause.
