TBI Background Check

My daughters mother is doing her darndest to avoid paying her already court ordered child support. In fear of actually being served with any sort of legal papers, she refuses to give me her new address.

Does anyone know if an address will show up on one of those $29 TBI background checks?

Possibly, but only if she has been using it elsewhere (apply for credit, i.d. change etc.).

Can you serve her at work? Thats always a good route to take. Its way more peaceable and less likely for the to hit the fan..

Does your daughter ever spend anytime with her? If so I am assuming that you meet her at a "neutral" spot to drop off your daughter. If so why dont you get one of your friends to follow her home in a car she dosent know. Just a thought?

No, she doesn't have much to do with my daughter at all.

I think she was recently (in the last 12 months) arrested for something to do with drugs, but that's hearsay at this point. I have no proof.

She pays no bills. Her Grandmother owns several rental properties, and she's living in one of them, rent free. No phone. She does have a car, but I'm not 100% sure it's in her name. It very well may be, though.

There are times I could really use it, but since I've been able to live without it for the last 3 years, I could probably make due. I don't know why it's pissing me off extra bad as of late, but it is.

Finding the properties someone owns isn't very hard, you can usually do it through the county website. Though it can be easier to scrape the data than to manually retrieve it.

Once you know what Grandma owns I bet you can find the ex without too much effort.
