The heck with the ATF. This one is going to court. The ATF does not have power over the states. The commerse clause does not apply as they imply.

I think that TN and every other state should secede from the US. Leaving all New England states, CA, and especially DC behind.

I also think that if stuff like this keeps happening, that there will be another war fought over the rights of states lying within the state.

This was posted when they first shot it down, I think they used an older ruling citing that since people would buy firearms in state instead of out of state that it affects interstate commerce still. And falls under their jurisdiction that way. I could be wrong though, and someone with more info will be along.

In a lot of posts i don't get my idea through. But one thing is for sure,

the SCOTUS and the ATF both are usurping the powers given them by

the Constitution. I hate to see it happening, but i look around and bit

by bit we're losing a lot of rights for the promise of this or that until

we eventually will not be free.

This is old news; I’m still waiting to see what happens. Has a suit been filed or do we have to wait for some poor smuck to get arrested?

As I understand it TN is not planning on filing a suit. Last I heard Montana has already filed (our bill is almost a carbon copy of thiers) to take it all the way to SCOTUS

That will take forever; if they even decided to hear it. I’m more interested in what the 6th Circuit says. If they agree with the TFFA; it’s a go.

I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for SCOTUS to agree to hear another 2A case...unless Obama is able to appoint a couple more Supremes.

Either way, it's just another attempt of the government continuing to fail to recognize that which Nature and the God of Nature has already placed upon the individual.

Self-evidence is something which government simply can not see.

Pure excrement of which I will not take a bite, smell, touch or adhere to.

This isn’t a 2nd amendment case; it’s the 10th amendment and States Rights.
