I have a neighbour that loves the view it seem's.

I think the laser idea is best of all. Put a laser sight on one of your rifles or even a shotgun, and from inside your house, when you catch them looking in, aim that thing right through their binoculars into their eye. I believe it would just take one time and they'd never attempt to look into your house again!

That would be a much faster solution than waiting for trees to grow, or spending time and money putting up a fence. A decent laser sight can be had for $50 bucks or so if you don't already have one, and they're great to have on your HD rifle/shotgun anyway. :P

I'm not so sure pointing a firearm, loaded or unloaded, laser sighted or not, at an individual in another house is the brightest move here. Sounds like the start of an overnight date with Bubba.

Maybe so.....but I figured that it would be legal as long as you were inside your own home....and the gun was unloaded. You can always say that you were just cleaning it and checking the sights.....and didn't know you're neighbor would be peering into your window with a pair of binoculars. :P I could be wrong though....it wouldn't be the first time.

So, if there's any question about that being legal or not.....just use the laser by itself then. Wouldn't have the added shock value of also looking down the barrel of a gun....but just as effective on the eye.

I am really with Steelharp on this. Pointing a gun or a laser at someone is a good way to start something that will not end favorably.

The neighbors are pushing your buttons. If they know it is pissing you off they win.

Just let it go.

As gross as it sounds, just drop your pants on him. If he calls the cops on you for being indecent, he's admitting to being a peeping tom and you were just nekkid in your own home. How were you to know?

Careful with the bamboo. You have to contain it to keep it from growing onto his property or else he will have a case against you. That stuff spreads like wildfire.

No kidding Bamboo is Chinese KUDZU....:P
