Fort Worth Firearms

Has anyone ever heard of the Fort Worth Firearms company? There is a gun store that goes by that name in Texas, but that's not who I'm talking about.

The Fort Worth Firearms that I'm looking for was a manufacturer, and my research shows that they were in business from 1995 to 2000. They manufactured one type of .22 rifle, one 12 gauge shotgun, and a handful of .22 handguns.

Does anyone know what happened to this company? Were their products any good? Any known problems?

An old NRA article said their .22LR rifles (the Woodchucker) were very solid and great for beginners or younger shooters. I can't research anything here at work, the corporate firewall blocks firearms/weapons sites (somehow TGO get's through though, 'at a boy David), but go to Guns and Ammo's website, and search Fort Worth Arms or Woodchucker and see if anything comes up.
