can't think of the name of a movie

Ok, I've been trying to think of the name of a movie for about 2 weeks now. I can't remember many details but hopefully someone can help me.

It's something I watched when I was a kid. I think the movie was made in the mid to late 80's (at the latest the early 90s). It was about a group of teens (late high school or college) who went to this lake for their summer vacation. The movie's main character was a nerdy guy that worked pumping gas for the little bar/marina that was always visited. The guy that owned the bar/marina was a gruff biker type who had a gang of "bikers" that rode boats on the lake. The owner also had a sister (I think) who was attractive that the nerdy main character always stared at in through her window. Everyone bet all summer on who could get into her bedroom without getting caught by the owner-biker guy. I also remember a part where they rent a bull named Adonis.

Please help. I've spent hours on Google trying to figure this out!

Damn... I know exactly which movie you are referring to, but can't think of the name either. Everytime I try, One Crazy Summer (also a good 80's movie) keeps popping in my head and ruining it.

This is going to bother me, until I remember what the name is.

I would say yes, not that there weren't some enjoyable parts (if you like soft-core porn)... but it was overwhelmingly stupid.

The only redeeming(?) quality of the movie is the nudity. But it was overall a poorly done movie.

Tullahoma C-8... I left work too late to make the drive-in showing (after seeing it, I can't believe that they would show it on a huge outdoor screen).
