mossberg 500, good deal???

He all, I have the chance to by a mossberg 500 that comes with the regular stock and the pistol grip and a hard case for $100. does this sound like a pretty good deal? I know the details are vauge at this time but its all I have for now. This will be used mainly as a home defense gun.

I remember a friend buying a Mossberg cruiser about 12 years ago for $199 plus tax. I would guess the shotgun is old and possibly been riding behind the seat of a pickup truck that goes 4 wheeling every weekend. If it dry functions, while pointed in a safe direction, I would purchase it.

I know where there are some wood stock 26 or 28" barrel 500's for sale for 125 at a pawn shop in Cleveland Tennessee. Good shape to. Lots of other good rifle and shotgun deals. Wildwood Pawn Shop
