:ugh:

FWIW,I saw this picture shortly after he posted it,and it was indeed a gun pic....but I won't tell anybody that so everyone will continue to think he's a nasty ****er!

Somehow, a picture of a Uberti 2nd Model I posted turned into a pic of ding dong. My apologies...

 ya gotta cut & paste the right link or BAM Ding Dong in ya face.

Apparently I'm new to this whole Internet thing....

wmann - Since you're ad's been royally dicked....no pun intended. How about you start a new thread, and we'll let this one just ride off into the sunset...

Again, my apologies

Just to prove that Hatmaker didn't mean to do it...

That explains the server trickery behind it. Many of you have probably seen instances of mod rewrite at work before when an image was pulled from Photobucket or a hosting account exceeded it's monthly allocation of bandwidth, and a little image was shown (instead of the photo) that said something about image removed or bandwidth exceeded.

Unfortunately there are some folks out there who think it's more entertaining to put a nasty photo in place of a warning.

I have done this back in the day on eBay when someone linked to MY pix on MY webspace to sell THEIR product.

Now you can complain and they'll zap the user for stealing intellectual property or whatever.

While embarrassing at first, this was probably one of the funniest things that I've ever been witness to. Especially the comments after the guy swapped the pictures, and I hadn't noticed yet.

I laugh out loud everytime I hear "that's definately not the 7" version..."
