SW 642 and Taurus Mil Pro Question

For my mother birthday, my father and I got her a 642 and a Mil Pro in 9mm. She took her permit course, and got her permit a few weeks ago. She had a little trouble pulling the trigger on the 642, can I take it to a gunsmith and have them lessen the trigger pull on it?

As for the Mil Pro, she has trouble putting bullets in the mag. Do you think a speed loader would help?

Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to lighten the trigger pull on the 642 is get the Wolff Spring kit and install it. And a loader should help insert rounds.
