FYI...If you get the .45, be prepared to wait more than 8 weeks. I just got mine a week ago that I sent away for on 6/20. Last I heard, Smith is having problems keeping up with demand for the 45 mags.

Great gun though, the M&P 45 is highly recommended. Feels more like a 1911 than any other "tupperware" pistol I have handled
