I applied earlier this year for a quota hunt.(didn't get it) As I was reading the rules for archery hunting it doesn't mention a quota. So my question is if I buy the usuage permit and have a sportsmens license then can I hunt the tn side during archery season?

Yes. Read the regs though, as some areas are closed to bow hunting (and hunting in general). I had put in for a draw as well, and as usual, didn't get it. I think this is the last year I'm giving LBL my 5 bucks.

You can archery hunt when the season opens till it closes, but the day before a quota hunt it is closed to hunting.
