Wow! That is cool, don't think I have ever seen any photos quite like that. How?

RAW photos, are basically like a Negative photo taken in digital format, you combine several RAW pictures with different exposure settings to make a HDR photograph, Im still learning but having a great time doing so :leaving:

Wow. I'm always too picky and wind up having too much time between exposures (causing people to shift, etc...). I'm pretty impressed. Is there a "hdr" mode where it takes several exposures at once on that camera so that you can edit them later?

Those are great shots. I'm assuming you're going for the obvious HDR look. If you don't mind a little feedback, I think HDR is best used in a way where it's not as obvious. In other words, the shot has a high dynamic range but isn't as cartoon-like. Almost as if you have to tell someone that it's an HDR image. Anyway, here are two shots from Bermuda a few months ago to illustrate what I'm talking about:

Those are awesome pictures, I am trying to get the cartoon effect that is what got me interested in photography, I have only been doing this for a couple of months and before that never took a picture that people have complimented me on I will get there, I appreciate the feedback

Well, you definitely have a gift for it! It looks like you've been taking pictures a lot longer than a few months! Keep posting them for us to see.

I agree. I certainly prefer images that don't look overdone. Most of my HDR work has been specifically to bring out detail that couldn't be accomplished with a single exposure. I often do a manual HDR where rather than blending multiple images, I mask the underexposed area of one layer to show the properly exposed area of another layer. Sometimes that is with two different versions of a single image.

However Lightroom's ability to brush in exposure differences has kept me from doing that several times.
