If I were you I would buy a Krink that is already built no need to go through the trouble of building your own unless you have specific parts you are wanting to use. Now there are a couple ways to do this both ways will require you to locate a class 3 dealer near your area, after you have that out of the way start looking for a gun now you can find Krinks that are registered as pistols and then you have Krinks that are already SBR's. If you buy the pistol you get to take it hom and play with it until your paperwork comes back from the BATF if you buy one that is already an SBR then you are gonna have to wait it out before you can play with it.

I would buy one online and just have it transferred to the class 3 dealer of your choice its a pretty easy process the dealer will also help get you started with your paperwork and tell you all the steps you need to copmplete before sending everything in to the BATF.
