As goofy as this may sound to most, a drive in my Jeep with the top (freedom panels or whole top) off and my doors off. Really, when stressed, bad day, or just need to get away, a drive in the Jeep helps me, even if the tops and doors aren't off.

Also, watching my kids succeed or excel in something, like sports. A great kick or score, or something like that.

We had a end of year, parents vs kid softball game, we (adults) had to bat opposite handed. I hit the ball my daughter was playing 3rd, she caught the grounder and threw me out at 1st. It was great.

Very true. I appreciated the rare kindness of strangers (these days) recently when I was on the Natchez Trace and discovered my bike's low-fuel sensor doesn't work... the hard way.
