got a saber lower want to fill it with good parts any recommendations thanks

ive heard of lots of people using the DPMS lower parts kit

Yep. I've built several, and the DPMS kit is very adequate. Except for the trigger. RR 2-stage is the best bang for the buck on triggers.

I've used a 10/22 with a Timney trigger, and it was a very nice feeling trigger. No experience with one on an AR platform. I'm sure it's equally as nice.

Worth the money? Well, I opted for the Rock River Arms 2-stage. So, no, it wasn't worth it for me.
