Good news for you comblock ammo lovers

Looks like Microtech just released the MSAR STG-E4, which will allow quick interchanges between 5.56, 5.45x39, and 7.62x39.

C-Products is making the mags.

Nice! I'd love to get one of these one day, and since I've already got a couple 5.56 rifles I couldn't justify the price at the time. But might re-consider...

Hero-Gear carries them, as well as a few other dealers. That list is probably old or something.

the 5.56 ran anywhere from 1600-2100 depending in the sights ect. Curious they would release a x39 and still not have the 6.8 available. Is the x39 just in the works or out for sale?

Guns&Leather has them I think they range between $1800-$2000(Dont hold me to that). The thing I like about them is you can change which side it ejects from if you are a left handed shooter. They have a pretty good feel as well.

Typo, unless there's some new caliber out I'm not aware of. That's even better, I missed that earlier when I looked.

Smith turned me on to 6.8SPC, so I'll definately have to take a look into this.

No but I havent been looking either. Plus, in Memphis, it takes about a year for something new to hit our shelves.

microtech put the 6.8 on hold to focus on getting the 9mm MCR into production. (the pistol caliber versions that uses Glock magazines)
