I've been looking at IWB holsters for my RIA 1911 Officers model 3.5" barrel. Right now I'm looking at a Milt Sparks holster. I would like to be able to tuck my shirt in.

Unless you really have to.........tucking in your shirt is for sissies. :D

Milt Sparks are pretty good holsters. A lot of people are digging the Cross Breed and CompTac holsters for 1911's being IWB. Of course you have to take crap from the leather purists!!! :)

KWE/SureShot, I looked at the Crossbreed Website after reading a few post. The Crossbreed looks like a slick holster. I just hate that I can't put my hands on one and try it. Or at least look it over instead of performing a remote visual inspection and evaluation. Sureshot the Galco does not look bad either

I have never tried one, but I heard good things when it first came out a few years ago. I usually go untucked so I don't worry about it. if I have to tuck I carry by other means.

I have a SuperTuck (M&P Compact) and it is very well made.

I put it on and I laughed out loud when I looked in the mirror. I looked like a shoplifter. :)

I guess if you are built right you could wear it with a shirt tucked in; but if you are heavy forget about it.

It does work well with my shirt out though.

Its holster is Kydex and I hate Kydex. I didn’t know about the D.M. Bullard when I ordered mine. You might what to take a look at it if you want leather. I haven’t seen one other than in pictures, but some of the forum members have them and have given good reports.
