Next Tuesday I'd be moving to Nashville (Antioch to be exact), wondering if anyone knows of any place that would be hiring. I am good for anything, not much of military training is any useful, but I am very handy, great at sales, management, customer service, fixing things, have worked at gun stores, offices, construction, what not. part time or full time does not matter something to keep me busy.

thanks

Good luck! Bad time to be looking anywhere, but I hope you do well!

A Publix just opened there on M'Boro Rd. Don't know if they're still hiring, but worth a shot. Everyone always seems so happy & polite at Publix so they must pay well, give good benefits, or heavily drug the employees.

There are several Batteries Plus around the Nashville area, some are franchises and some are corp stores. I would check with them. Turnover rates are high at some location because some people just can't grasp the technical side of the job, leaving openings often.

Publix is, or at least used to be one fine company to work for. Many years ago I was closely associated with Publix, knew many of the store managers and supervisors. Work hard, keep your nose clean and you can advance. Promotions are from within. Both my sons worked for Publix while in high school and college.
