Having a project due on a certain date (Tuesday), submitting it for review, the day before (Monday) (over 24 hours before it has to be uploaded to client), no corrections and not getting it back until Wednesday, me correcting it, turning it back in within a couple of hours, (3 hours before end of business Wednesday), not getting report back until this morning (Thursday), with even more corrections that he did not want in the beginning. This is not the big boss, but more my mentor. I've learned a great deal from him, he knows a ton more than I, but even though I did everything I was suppose to do, albeit right at the end of the deadline, why can't he get the corrections to me faster.

He has made an adjustment that I don't, agree with, and he questioned one of my adjustments. (Basically if one community is a better or worse location than another) I think one town is inferior he thinks it is not. He thinks one is inferior, I know that it is not, when compared to our subject.

So, what to do? I am going to concede one but I am sticking to my guns on the other.:D:tinfoil:

Yes I'm ranting and I'm done.

Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. When we measure buildings, we use the "yellow side" of the tape, which is decimal. It comes from the architectural and engineering side of things. We also look at building plans all the time. Don't know if it is more accurate, but it is easier to add up multiple sides to come up with square footage measurements.
