awesome.

Is it just me or is Tn. getting its ducks in a row where reciprocal agreements are concerned.

It just seems like states are polarizing towards gun and anti-gun agendas.

The TN HCP is now good in 34 states. And NE shood be next. After that maybe NV.

Tom in TN :P

This one was west virginia's fault. For a long time they only accepted virginia and kentucky resident permits, nobody else's and no non-resident permits. I'm more than pleased with Tennessee's efforts thus far, if your permit isn't good in another state chances are it's that state causing the problem.

I believe Tennessee honors permits from ALL states now, regardless of

reciprocity agreements

Tennessee's Position on Honoring Out of State Permits - Under Tennessee's 2003 reciprocity law, the state of Tennessee will, with some restriction on non-residents who work in Tennessee, recognize handgun carry permits and licenses from any other state since July 1, 2003. See, Tenn. Code Ann. Section 39-17-1351®(1).

I am surprised Washington does not recognize the TN Handgun Carry Permit when we recognize the Washington Concealed Pistol License. I believe the attorney general in Spokane handles reciprocity. Washington does have reciprocity with Utah (you can get a Utah non resident) if for whatever reason you need to travel there and carry or you can get a non resident Washington license pretty cheap even in Seattle.
