Hey everyone i made an account awhile back but never really got on. I just recently picked up a Springfield Armory Xd40 and decided to say hey to everyone! My names Justin.

Thanks, I plan on taking my class and getting my Permit when i get the money and use to the gun. Honestly ive never shot a gun in my life so this will be fun!

Thanks everyone, Yeah i got the sub compact model too. Only thing ive noticed about the gun is its alittle top heavy with the hoslter that comes wit the kit.

One word of advice, ditch that POS holster that comes with the XD. There are MANY better holsters out there for carrying your gun. Fine choice by the way. The XD-40 was my first as well.
