Official "What are you carrying today?" Thread

Ok HCP holders... if you're like me, sometimes your daily carry varies a little depending on attire, situation and even your own mood. What I tote from day to day is usually consistent across a few different handguns that I have a strong attachment to.

I thought it might be fun to have a thread where we can check in each day and post up what we're carrying that day (or moment) and why we decided to do it. :P

I'll start!

Today is a Kimber Warrior 1911 day for me. :P

It's Friday, I'm sporting some khaki cargo shorts and my Milt Sparks VM2 holster and a Comp-Tac single mag carrier on the opposite side. All of this conceals easily for me under a loose fitting T-shirt.

Just seemed like a good day to carry some American iron.

Today is a Seecamp .32 in my pocket. The elastic in my REI pants is getting worn, and it's the only gun that prevents me from mooning people with these pants. :P

Walther PPS in D.M. Bullard Dual Carry Tuckable. Gotta love jeans and golf shirt tucked in with no printing.

David, are you using the Covert Carrier grips on that Seecamp? How do you like them?

Like it quite a bit. Very well made and easy to swap. The only hesitation I have about them is that the gun doesn't hang straight down and moves around a bit more than I'd like. With a trigger pull of 48.6 lbs, I don't worry about the trigger being covered.
