Glock pin coming out?

Glock 23 question: Has anybody had a problem with the locking block pin (part#36 in the exploded diagram) working its way out during firing. After putting 50 rounds through my G23 today I found that the pin had worked itself partly out on the left side. I immediately pressed it back and had no malfunctions. But if this is a recurring problem I definetly need to do something about it. Has anybody else had this happen?

No had personal experience.

But have heard of it happening after the pin has been removed a few times

for cleaning ect.

I'd personally call Glock first. They are more then willing to help.

I was a Glock Armorer and a trick we were taught is the soak the pins in Alcohol (not the drinking kind, that's to wasteful) and insert them. For whatever reason this will swell the pin and is usually a quick fix. I have fixed several like this during shooting matches, but a new pin is cheap if not free from Glock.

actually doesn't swell the pin but removes any lubs (even oil from skin) and allows the pin to seat (for the lack of better term) properly. but as someone else said if it happens after this then get a new pin.
