If you don't already know who he is, he hosts a program called "Freedom Watch" on Fox. He also sometimes guest hosts Glenn Beck's program on Fox.

Napolitano is a good common sense jurist and he knows his Constitutional Law.

I saw him on Fox showing video of the crowd, which was huge. Columbus media reported 200 to 300, local police reported 8,000 to 10,000. Can you say Media bias.

Judge Napolitano is the kind of judge we need on the Supreme Court. Just the law as laid out in the Constitution, no making policy from the bench. As for the crowd, that sure did look like a lot more than 300 people to me too.

Judge Napolitano is awesome!!! He's a Libertarian, which is why he is on Glenn Beck so much. He is my absolute favorite political commentator due to his stringent adherence to the Constitution. His book, A Nation of Sheep, was quite shocking.

Okay, I have a question. When the judge says, "Jefferson argued, though he wasn't physically there in Philly, as he did in the Declaration of Independence that our rights are ours by virtue of our humanity. That as God is perfectly free, and we are created in his image and likeness, we too are perfectly free.", what is he referencing too?
